Hello, and welcome to... me. My name is Nicole. I started Healing yOUR Life because I knew my life was lacking... luster, health, organization, purpose, and more. I needed someone that could help me figure out what is best for me in terms of getting my shit together, and determining what route is best to take. I'm the type of person that has to not only open every door before I can decide which route to take, but I need to take a few steps in, to live in that choice for a bit before I can really know it is right, or wrong, for me and my loved ones. So, I set out on a mission to become the person that I needed. I strive to learn a wide variety of information so that I may best determine what is best for myself. In this search, I realized that, by helping myself, I had the potential of helping others with similar struggles. So, here I am, ready and willing and able to help not only myself and my loved ones but you and yours. I am forever grateful for this oppurtunity and for all of you for being ready to open your mind to other possibilities. Thank you for being here.

Reiki Energy Work

Reiki is the universal energy that flows within and all around us. It is always trying to achieve a healthy flow and can be affected by or affect the mental and physical body. Sessions are remote or added to your massage service to help balance your flow.

Hemp Consultations

Educating and consulting on the hemp plant and how/why it would be useful for you. The ingredients of this plant are plant-made versions of chemicals we make within our bodies that play key roles in maintaining homeostasis/balance. By using hemp, we often notice that it allows our body to maintain this balance more effectively resulting in lower stress levels, less inflammation/pain, less spikes/crashes in hormones, etc.

Nutrition Coaching

Individualized coaching that suits your needs. Want to lose weight or gain muscle or simply have a healthier relationship with food? I want to help you intuitively reach for healthier foods that your body enjoys. No counting calories ( for most people) or quick fix fads here!

Wellness Lifestyle Coaching

All-inclusive membership customized to your needs! This program includes all of my modalities plus more in order to shift your habits and life to be intuitively more well.
